It's normal to have days when your anxiety gets the best of you and all you want to do is lay on your bed and sleep, slowly feeling the heaviness of both your problems and responsibilities within your chest, wondering why you're feeling this kind of sadness that you can't even explain.
It's okay, we're all humans; we'll become addicted to a certain type of sadness that will consume us to the core, but it's critical phase for us to learn, grow, and develop to that version of ourselves that will be ready for the next stages of our lives which will demand us to be stronger.
